Shipping & Payment Info

1. All orders are pre-orders and will be shipped at a later date - estimated production time will be 2-3 months. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping may be delayed or affected. Please check to see if international postage to your country will be affected as some countries are not accepting mail.

2. All orders will be shipped from within the Europe Union, Denmark. This means that EU customers should not be subject to VAT, though should customers for any reason be subject to VAT, the cost and any related import fees should be paid by the customer.

3. All prices are in USD. If you prefer to pay in DKK please send us an email at: GenshinImpactPlanner@gmail.com.

4. We will only be accepting debit and credit card payments.

Terms & Conditions

Genshin Planner is an unofficial Genshin Impact fan-made Planner.

1. All orders made are non-refundable, non-returnable nor can they be canceled after they have been purchased. If you wish to add items or upgrade your order please send us an email to: genshinimpactplanner@gmail.com with your order number as the subject.

2. By purchasing, you understand that the finished product may differ slightly from all mockups seen in the store previews. (Colours may be slightly different due to different screens).

3. Custom fees or import tax will not be covered in the order. If there are any specific requests please email: genshinimpactplanner@gmail.com

4. Genshin Planner will NOT be held responsible for any mishap, damage, or lost packages that occurs during shipment as this is the courier’s responsibility. Nonetheless, we will ensure that your orders will be packaged securely and in case an issue occurs, please do contact your local post office first to report the damage and then us to work out the best solution. All inquiries about damaged goods should be sent to: genshinimpactplanner@gmail.com

5. If the customer chooses untracked shipping we cannot be responsible should the package get lost during shipment.

6. All the rights of the works involved in this project belong to the respective artists. Permission for reproduction and reposting will NOT be given unless stated by the original artist/writer. Genshin Impact characters belong to Mihoyo and we are just a fan parody and are not associated with the official Genshin Impact or Mihoyo.
